That's the thing about advice to a thirteen-year-old; it's so easy to give but not so easy to take. Most teenagers would turn their nose up at any advice I could give them!
That's very true! There's lots of advice I was given years ago, but it's only when you get older you realise that actually you should've listened! :-) x
And that's probably the best advice you can give to a 13 year old. If they listen, that's the next question, lol...
