The other half's guest post - three music videos on a theme...
(inspired by Desmond Carrington's 'The Music Goes Round')
'Wurlitzer 1015' 1946 Jukebox
This weeks theme is...Carnival Time
Inspired by the current South West Carnival season which draws to a close on Saturday night.
You've still got time to catch one though if you're in the area - Shepton Mallet is tonight. Wells is Friday night and Glastonbury is Saturday night.
1. I'm In The Mood for Dancing by The Nolans
Pretty much what the whole of Somerset does in November!
'I'm In The Mood for Dancing' entered the chart on 22nd December 1979 reaching Number 3.
2. Don't Stop The Carnival by Alan Price
I'm sure there's some people out there who wish it would end but with over 400 years of tradition, it's probably not going to!
'Don't Stop The Carnival' entered the chart on 31st January 1968 reaching Number 13.
3. The Carnival Is Over by The Seekers
