Lots of Quacking, Some Tame Ducks and a New Blog Header

So as you can probably see, I've had a little bit of a redesign with the blog header.

I've been meaning to do it ever since getting back from rosalilium's Blognix event last month and finally - I actually found a bit of time to put something together.

 

I wanted to keep the core colours of lime green and red (my favourite colours!) and I kind of felt I had to include a duck - the blog can't really be called duck in a dress and not actually feature a duck somewhere on the home page!

 

Luckily we have incredibly tame ducks where I work, hundreds of them and they'll eat anything you feed them. They seem particularly fond of Pipers Lye Cross Cheddar and Onion Crisps and I've even seen students feed them chinese noodles with the ducks jumping for food.

 

 

A couple of weeks ago me and Andrew spent our lunch hour with the ducks - little did they know they'd all become famous on the blog!
