The other half's guest post - three music videos on a theme...
(inspired by Desmond Carrington's 'The Music Goes Round')
'Balami I200' 1957 Jukebox
This weeks theme is...Storm Front
Inspired by the current UK weather
(What on earth is going on with the storms at the moment? My poor Aberystwyth seafront has been flattened!)
1. Crying in the Rain by The Everly Brothers
Phil Everly of The Everly Brothers passed away only last week.
'Crying in the Rain' entered the chart on 18th January 1962 reaching Number 6.
2. Just Walking in the Rain by Johnnie Ray
My advice would be a) don't; and b) if you have to, take an umbrella!
'Walking in the Rain' entered the chart on 12th October 1956 reaching Number 1.
3. The Day The Rains Came by Jane Morgan

That would be when...middle of December? It would be quite good if we could have 'The Day The Rains Went Away'!
'The Day The Rains Came' entered the chart on 5th December 1958 reaching Number 1.
Happy listening!
I do love the Midweek Hop. And I LOVE the Everly Brothers. Happy/rainy days!
