A Photo Every Hour - Saturday 19th September 2026

Saturday 19th was the date chosen for September's photo an hour challenge. September was the first carnival month down here in Somerset and Lily had her second carnival procession to take part in that evening. In the morning, she went to her weekend theatre school while me and Andrew did some last-minute preparations for the costume!

Saturday 15th was the date chosen for August's photo an hour challenge. It was the end of our 2-week Scotland road trip holiday so we had a day travelling from Edinburgh to Warrington stopping off in Carlisle for some lunch and Leyland to visit the British Commercial Vehicle Museum.

Saturday 18th was the date chosen for July's photo an hour challenge. It was the weekend of Langport Steam Rally and Andrew had his 1952 vintage lorry on display. We went down to the rally early in the morning to spend the day there helping look after the lorry and play a friend's vintage fairground organ.

Saturday 20th was the date chosen for June's photo an hour day. We had to pop to a local trophy shop to collect Lily's carnival trophies after they'd been engraved and then spent the rest of the day spring (summer?) cleaning and tidying.
