This weeks theme is...Silly Costumes and Fancy Hats
Inspired by Paloma Faith and her unique/quirky/mad style

(We're off to see her play the Bath Pavillion on Friday night!)

1. Warpaint by The Brook Brothers

As The Brook Brothers sing, you don't need warpaint, but it certainly makes things more fun!
'Warpaint' entered the chart on 30th March 1961 reaching Number 5.

2. Powder Your Face With Sunshine by Dean Martin

Sounds like a great way to get your daily intake of vitamin D!
'Powder Your Face With Sunshine' is from before the charts existed, this version is from 1948.

3. Buttons and Bows by Dinah Shore

Buttons, bows, ribbons and all sorts of embellishments can make any outfit look more individual.
'Buttons and Bows' entered the US Billboard Hot 100 Chart on 17th September 1948 reaching Number 1.

Happy listening!
